We'll divide into groups, then eat each recipe as they're finished being prepared. It's the perfect tapas cooking party!

HORS D'OEUVRES - SECRET INGREDIENT

​

The groups will don aprons & divide into teams; each team will be given the same “secret” ingredient. With their “chef leader” they will decide on a dish to create! Then the fun begins: chopping, slicing and dicing, along with technique demonstrations, bonus cooking tips, pointers on presentation, and chef’s best kept secrets will spice up the competition. The teams will be judged on taste, presentation and creative use of the ingredients. After judging, guests will be honored as the master chefs they are! Guests will eat the fruits of their labor and the Cocktail Party begins! A variety of Hors D’oeuvres will then be passed… let the mingling continue!

Each team will be given the same “secret” basket of ingredients and with their “chef leader” they will decide together what recipe to create using their basket ingredients! Then the fun begins: Chopping, slicing and dicing, along with technique demonstrations, bonus cooking tips, pointers on presentation and chef’s best kept secrets will spice up the competition. The teams will be judged on taste, presentation and creative use of the ingredients. After judging, guests will sit down to be honored as the master chefs that they are!...  A delicious lunch or dinner prepared by our own chefs will be served to you!
