1 oz favorite Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

1.5 oz Sparkling wine

Put everything in a shaker. Fill the shaker with cubed ice and give a quick shake.

Strain into a champagne flute. Top up with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Enjoy!

French 75 is a gin, champagne, lemon juice, and sugar cocktail. It is also called a 75 Cocktail, or simply a Soixante Quinze in French. The drink dates to World War I, and an early form was created in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris—later Harry's New York Bar.
